The 2nd Annual Camarillo Wedding Venue on Sunday, March 24, 2024 has room for up to 140 vendors to be placed between 7 outdoor venues. While the venue sets the tone and creates the ambiance, the vendors are the beating heart to any wedding. We hope you will join us to share your talent, wares, and inspiration. Last year was a wonderful start. This year we have added to the vendor and attendee experience.

The Hours: 10:00am - 4:00pm
Set-up: 8:00am-10:00am
Strike: 4:00pm - 5:00pm
Cost: General Registration pricing will be $300
Electricity Cost: $50 (included for photo booths and musicians)
Vendors are not considered booked for the event until the contract is signed and payment is made.
Please note: Refunds of 50% will only be honored if requested prior to 30 days in advance. Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable.
Space Size: 10’ wide by 5’ deep. Includes one 8’ table with white linen
Shade: Provided or will be given a shade umbrella on a stand
Vendor Placement: There are seven gorgeous venues as part of The Wedding Expo. Attendees will be visiting each venue throughout the day. For that reason, vendors will be assigned a different venue each year they attend The Wedding Expo by the planning team. If you don’t work at a particular venue, it is a great opportunity to get to know some new people.

Post on Instagram: Post featuring each vendor as they book The Expo on the @camarilloweddingexpo page
Attendee Email List: Sent the week following The Expo
Florists will decorate the venue and musicians will perform in exchange for the reservation fee.
Payment will be collected upon acceptance to the expo.
Registration deadline is February 15, 2024
Vendors will be limited to a certain number by their vocation, allowing an appropriate amount of each type of vendor per venue. For this reason, we recommend not delaying your application.
