The 4th Annual Camarillo Wedding Venue on Sunday, April 19, 2026 has room for up to 140 vendors to be placed between 7 outdoor venues. While the venue sets the tone and creates the ambiance, the vendors are the beating heart to any wedding. We hope you will join us to share your talent, wares, and inspiration. Last year was a wonderful start. This year we have added to the vendor and attendee experience.

Quick Details:

  • The Hours: 2:00pm - 8:30pm

    The Expo is 2:00pm-6:00pm. It will roll into The Twilight Tour at 6:30pm-8:30pm, where food and lights will be added and attendees will go back to visit their favorite venues and vendors at night. The caterers will be hosting food stations at each venue.

  • Set-up: 11:00am - 1:30pm

  • Strike: 8:30pm - 9:00pm

  • Cost: General Vendor Registration pricing is $375

    This price includes all fees. Vendors are not considered booked for the event until the contract is signed and payment is made.

  • Electricity Cost: $50

  • Please note:

    Refunds of 50% will only be honored if requested prior to 30 days in advance.

  • Space Size:

    10’ wide by 5’ deep. Includes one 8’ table with white linen

  • Shade:

    Provided by existing shade, or you will be given a shade umbrella on a stand

  • Vendor Placement:

    There are seven gorgeous venues as part of The Wedding Expo. Attendees will be visiting the venues throughout the day. Vendors will choose their locations while registering, and attendees will be able to check this website to see which vendors are being placed at each venue.

  • Marketing on the Camarillo Wedding Expo Instagram:

    Create a post that shows attendees what your business is all about and include @camarilloweddingexpo as a collaborator, making posting quick and easy. Shoot us an email if you don’t see it posted in 24 hours.

  • Attendee Email List: Sent the week following The Expo.

  • Work in Trade:

    All florists who decorate the venue, musicians who perform, and dessert/food/coffee vendors who provide samples, will do so in exchange for an administration fee of $30.

  • Registration deadline is March 31, 2026, as available

    Vendors will be limited to a certain number by their vocation, allowing an appropriate amount of each type of vendor per venue. For this reason, we recommend not delaying your application.
