The Expo is an immersive experience, involving a Sunday drive in the country, visiting seven gorgeous, outdoor wedding venues.You will find them filled with talented and unique vendors who specialize in making your wedding day an unforgettable event. Complete the day with yummy bites from local caterers while staying for the chance to visit the venues at night for the Twilight Tour. Enjoy music and all the twinkling lights of your dreams!
General Admission Tickets: $15 per person through Eventbrite

Tickets are refundable until 10:00 am on the day of the event, minus the Eventbrite fees.

Join us for this Two-Part Event
Part 1: The Wedding Expo
2:00pm - 6:00pm
Seven outdoor venues in Camarillo, Moorpark, and Somis await you. Among them you will find a historic farming ranch with orchards and blueberry fields, two lush tropical gardens, a vineyard with a Victorian-style home, a colorful floral garden with a mountain view overlooking an agricultural valley, a ranch with so many palm trees it has been named for them, and a 1918 Colonial-style home and garden. Choose one venue to start your journey, but don’t miss a single one. There will be 20 wedding vendors waiting to meet you at each of the venues.
Part 2: The Twilight Tour
6:30pm - 8:30pm
Once seeing venues in daylight, visiting them at night is amazing! Lights, music, party vibes, candles and sunsets. After you visit all the venues during the daytime, return to your favorites to get a feel for what makes them special once the sun goes down. You may also want to go back to that venue or vendor you connected with earlier in the day to talk about booking. You will also probably be hungry for dinner. The exclusive caterers for each venue will provide a different delicious food station at each stop along the way.

Getting to The Expo
Purchase a ticket for The Expo, by selecting which venue you wish to begin with that morning, then visiting the rest of the venues randomly. Be sure to start at the venue you selected, where your wristband will be waiting for you. You will need it to enter the other venues that day.
That same wristband will get you into the Twilight Tour at the end of the Expo.

Featured Fundraiser
Last year we added a yearly Camarillo-focused philanthropy to collectively donate through your participation in the Camarillo Wedding Expo. Last year we raised $6,885 in donations to the Mountain Fire Emergency Fund, where 100% of contributions went directly toward relief efforts, focusing resources on those who need it most.
This year, we have chosen to donate to the Ventura County Animal Services. While the main animal shelter is located in Camarillo, the VCAS is a municipal, life-saving organization providing service to 8 cities in our county for the annual 8,000+ intake of animals in need of care and loving homes. Thank you for your generous donation you will be making through your participation in the Camarillo Wedding Expo.
